Cancellation Policy:

On Trendy Inners you can cancel the orders in two ways. 

By calling customer support at +917799333231.(Registered and Guest Users)

By login into your account (Only Registered Users)

Please follow the following procedure for cancellation of your order

On Trendy Inners you can cancellation but you can call our customer support desk M:+917799333231 and request for cancellation before 4hrs after the order has placed. 

You can cancel your order by calling our customer service desk at +917799333231 before the product has been shipped or 4hrs after placing an order which ever is early . Your order amount will be refunded after deducting  bank or other charges.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.

In order to cancel an item in your order:(Only for Registered Users)

  • Log into your Trendy Inners account and go to the 'My Orders' page
  • Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
  • In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order
  • Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
  • Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

 

 

OUR SIMPLE 10 DAYS RETURN POLICY

At Trendy Inners, we are committed to, customer delight and making online lingerie shopping a pleasant experience. All products are scrutinized for quality and size by our experts before dispatch. In the rare case that the delivered products are not exactly same as the items chose by you while ordering either by color or size or brand  there is absolutely no need to worry. Based on availability and preference, we'll either send a replacement product or process a refund/credit note for you upon receipt of returned products.

To be eligible for exchange or return, the products should not be used, washed or dirty. The product must also be in its original undamaged Trendy Inners(Respective Brand) box with all tags attached. Panties, Bras,  and accessories are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons. Any product bought during Sale or special promotions cannot be returned but can be exchanged for any product(s) of same or higher price. 

Replacement products will be typically shipped within 4 working days of receiving the returned products. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and will reflect back in your account in 7-10 working days. In case of COD orders, it will take up to 15 working days for the Demand Draft to reach you.

QUICK REVERSE PICKUP IN 48 HOURS

In most cases, we will have the products picked up from your place within 48 hours of your call.

In case, Reverse Pickup is not available in your area, you may send us the products through any courier service including Speedpost. We will reimburse Rs. 75 against the shipping cost in the form of a voucher upon receipt of products. This voucher will be valid for 1 year and can be redeemed in your next purchase.

Reverse pickup facility is only for orders which are delivered with mismatching your requirements in your order.

How do I initiate a return?

Ensure the items you would like to return meet our guidelines:
Step 1: Email us at customercare@trendyinners.com or call us at +917799333231 to initiate a Reverse Pick-up
Step 2: Put the items in the TI Box along with the original invoice
Step 3: Seal the box ensuring that all sides are properly closed and keep it ready for our logistic partner to collect
Step 4: Kindly email us the AWB or Reference number at customercare@trendyinners.com
